Postage, Packing and Delivery
I Charge postage based on the size and weight of the item - once you add your item to your basket you will be able to see the postage costs. As a guide, the bags cost £3 and the gadget cases etc £1.25.
I use Royal Mail and aim to post all in stock items within 48 hours of order. I will send you a message to let you know when I have posted it. I will always obtain a proof of posting. In the unlikely event of a lost parcel, Royal mail will only accept a claim after 15 working days – hopefully the parcel should turn up well before then! If you wish to pay extra for special delivery, then please contact me and I can provide you with a quote.
I don't normally post outside the UK but please contact me if you would like special delivery and I will calculate what charges would apply. Please be aware that you will be responsible for any customs charges your parcel may incur when posted overseas.
if you live locally you can always come and see me a one of the fairs I am doing, if you have a particular item you are interested in, then just send me a message and I can keep it to one side for you.
Naturally I hope you will be delighted with your purchase but if you do need to return an item please contact me within 7 days to arrange the return and refund.
If the return is due to a fault I will refund you the cost of the item plus the delivery charge within thirty days.
For any non-faulty item returned a refund will be strictly conditional on the item being in the original condition.
Please note I do not cover the cost of you returning non-faulty items.
